Right of Withdrawal
A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
General Notes

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

Please do not return the goods freight collect (i.e., unpaid).

Please note that the points listed above (1–2) are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
